WHAT WE OFFER

Kellogg Brothers Inc. is a family-owned business that has been building high-quality homes since its establishment in 1933.

Kellogg Brothers offers design/build services, pricing and bidding for architects, new home construction, and addition/renovation project management.

Our business was founded on time-honored traditions of excellence in workmanship, attention to detail, and personal builder/client relationships, traditions that the company embodies to this day.  Kellogg Brothers offers excellence in custom residential construction in Southern Fairfield County.  New England Yankee traditions of honesty and industry are the hallmark of this company.

Kellogg Brothers currently partners with several distinguished architects in the area to bring a client’s vision to reality.  We can work with you and your architect from initial meetings and throughout the design process to achieve a full design/build experience which offers many benefits over design/bid projects.  However, we are happy to bid on a completed design as well.

OUR TEAM

Kellogg Brothers, Inc. offers unique advantages for its clients: an unrivaled, institutional knowledge of the business and the Fairfield County market, which spans three generations of multi-level experience centering on the team approach.

Tucker Kellogg is a graduate in Economics from St. Lawrence University and Advanced Environmental Studies at The University of Colorado.  He is a National Association of Home Builders Certified (NAHB) Green Building Professional and continues to study new advances in building science.  He has also completed LEED education seminars.

As a former master woodworker, he is able to coordinate and implement complex architectural details.  Prior to his father and uncle asking Tucker to come work in the family business over 15 years ago, Tucker was a partner in a custom woodworking, furniture, and cabinet making business in Colorado.  Tucker’s craftsmanship was showcased and installed in high-end resort homes in the Colorado mountains and the Denver Metro area.

Tucker grew up on construction sites and has worked laboring, building, designing and managing. His breadth of knowledge surpasses many in the industry because he has done it all. This has also created an outstanding rapport with his sub-contractors and their employees. Tucker is in regular contact with his team, managing and directing the crews. This camaraderie and mutual respect create a collaborative environment where everyone is on the same page with the same goal to build the best possible home.

Paige Kellogg  joined her brother in the family business in 2015 after nearly 20 years in the executive search industry, most recently working for a boutique search firm that partnered with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms focused on healthcare.  She started her career in recruiting with Spencer Stuart following her initial profession teaching History at Wilton High School.  Paige is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds an M.Ed. degree from Sacred Heart University. Paige is no longer allowed to handle a nail gun and is better suited managing the day-to-day operations of the business despite her love of light construction.
